Habilitation is specialized health and medical care for children and adolescents with autism, intellectual disabilities, mobility impairments, or acquired brain injuries. We provide health-promoting and therapeutic interventions based on each individual's unique needs and circumstances, and we have specialist knowledge of how disabilities can affect daily life, health, and development.

Description

We are now looking for a temporary assistant for our reception in Uddevalla.

The temporary position is 80-100% for 6 months with start date as agreed.

Responsibilities

As an assistant, you will be part of the reception's administrative support function, which also consists of two medical secretaries. You will primarily work with staffing the reception, answering incoming phone calls, managing interpreter and visitor bookings, and cancellations. The job also includes some responsibility for premises and contacts regarding premises, service vehicles, ordering goods and materials, and other general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is driven to provide good service to patients and colleagues and appreciates a mix of different tasks. You have experience in reception work, good IT skills, and experience working with Office programs, journal systems, and 1177 e-services. We use the journal system AsynjaVisph, so experience with this is an advantage. If you have experience with LOKA assignments (Local Local Responsible) or similar, as well as knowledge of the Marketplace, this is a bonus. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

The work requires flexibility and independence; sometimes the pace is high, and no two days are alike. You must be able to switch between different tasks and prioritize on the spot. Since the position involves contacts with visitors, colleagues, and external actors, good collaboration skills, social competence, and a positive attitude are required. Personal suitability is highly valued.
